Our Story

Founder

Roman Deshitsa

Roman immigrated from Ukraine to the United States in 1996 and has called Blaine, Minnesota home for the past 17 years. He lives there with his wife Marianna and their three sons — Lev, Dmitriy, and Roman Jr. With a passion for craftsmanship and helping others, Roman founded Pro Window Repair to offer homeowners an affordable alternative to costly window replacements. For more than two decades, he has helped thousands of Minnesota families save money while improving the beauty and performance of their homes. His expertise, integrity, and dedication to excellence have made him one of the region’s most respected window repair specialists.
